WHAT GUARANTEES DO I RECEIVE WITH MY BOREHOLE? 1) Spot On – All our work and contracts are guaranteed.
2) A full specification of the work and all the materials we use is fully approved by the Water Research Council and /or the Drinking Water Inspectorate.
3) All water from our boreholes is sent to public water analysts for analysis.
4) We provide maintenance contracts with all our boreholes and these cover annual inspections, priority services, low cost call out fees and discounts on parts and labour.
5) Although we research the location carefully before commencing work we cannot guarantee locating a sustainable supply of water. Our costs therefore include a non-refundable element dependent on the size of the project which covers the cost of the transportation of the rig and the first day's drilling. Should we experience unexpected and significant difficulties with the terrain we will discuss the next steps with you that in extreme cases may require us to abort the project.
